I am passionate about spreading yoga wherever I go. For me, yoga is not just a practice—it’s a way of life. It’s in the way I breathe, the way I sit, the way I stand, and how I carry my body, mind, energy, and emotions, both on and off the mat

Originally from Colombia, I discovered yoga at the age of 15, and it has been a transformative journey ever since. This therapeutic and scientific practice helped me thrive in a competitive environment, ultimately earning me a golf scholarship to Jacksonville State University.

My love for yoga has taken me to Rishikesh, India—often called the yoga capital of the world—where I’ve studied Hatha and Vinyasa Ashtanga Yoga multiple times.

I believe in the power of a holistic yoga practice, where gentle discipline trains the mind through the body. To me, yoga is more than physical postures; it’s a path of devotion, a journey toward higher states of consciousness, and ultimately, complete freedom. I find immense joy in teaching asana, pranayama, and meditation, encouraging students to move beyond identifying with their thoughts and instead embrace the silence within.
